摘要:肺动脉高压是指以肺动脉压、肺血管阻力进行性增高,最终导致患者右心衰竭及死亡
为特征的一组疾病和临床综合征,发病率和死亡率都很高。近年来,随着 microRNA 研究不
断深入,人们对其功能和作用机制的了解越来越明确,尤其是在肺动脉高压肺血管收缩和重
构两个重要环节的调控中发挥重要作用,为肺动脉高压药物治疗提供新靶点。本文将对
microRNA 在肺动脉高压发病机制中的生物功能和作用机制作一综述,为开发新型抗肺动脉
高压药物提供新靶标。

the role of microRNA in the pathological mechanism of
Pulmonary Artery Hypertension

Abstract: Pulmonary artery hypertension is a disease and clinical syndrome, which leads to high
mortality and morbidity, is charactered by progressively increasing of pulmonary artery pressure
and pulmonary vascular resistance, resulting in patients with right heart failure and death. In
recent years, with the deep research of microRNAs, the understanding of their function and
mechanism es more clearly, especially its important role in the regulation of two important
links– pulmonary vascular contraction and remodeling, providing a new target for drug treatment
of pulmonary arterial hypertension. This review will summarize our knowledge of the biological
function and pathogenesis of pulmonary artery hypertension, providing new targets for the
development of new drugs for PAH.
