超声波处理对蟑螂肠道放线菌分离效果的

摘要:为分离更多样的放线菌,而采用超声波预处理及稀释平皿分离测数法研究了超声波预
处理对蟑螂肠道放线菌分离效果的影响。结果表明:超声波处理能显著增加可培养放线菌数
量并缩短培养时间,随着超声波处理时间的增加,蟑螂肠道中分离的放线菌总数呈先增后减
的趋势。处理 3~21 分钟,高氏一号培养基上放线菌总数分别较对照提高 9%~%;处
理 24~30 分钟,高氏一号培养基上放线菌总数分别较对照降低 %~%。

Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to optimizate the pretreatment method of actinomyces
which were difficultly isolated by the traditional pretreatment methods. The effect of ultrasonic
pretreatment on the isolation of cockroach's intestinal canal was studied by petri dish dilution and
isolation counting method. The findings of this study indicate that the ultrasonic pretreatment can
remarkably increase the number of educable actinomyces and shorten the cultivation time. In
addition, as the more time that ultrasonic pretreatment takes, the number of actinomyces isolated
from cockroach’s intestinal canal will firstly increase and then decrease. Specifically, the number
of actinomyces increase respectively 9%-% and %-% compared with the original
