摘要:本文运用差异蛋白组学策略,从分子水平上探索了分蘖洋葱对番茄的影响。以分蘖洋
葱和番茄为材料,将四个不同化感潜力的分蘖洋葱品种与番茄套作,运用双向电泳技术和
MALDI-TOF-MS 质谱鉴定技术研究番茄叶片蛋白质表达谱的变化。结果表明:番茄单、套
作差异蛋白比较,鉴定出 39 个差异表达蛋白,分为 9 类,差异较大的是与光合(11 个)、代
谢(10 个)、植物抗性(8 个)相关的蛋白。相关蛋白中热激蛋白、硫氧还蛋白、多酚氧化酶、
景天庚酮糖-1,7-二磷酸酶、S-腺苷硫氨酸脱氢酶、ATP 结合蛋白在番茄套作后表达量均有不
同程度上调,而化感潜力强的品种表达量显著高于弱的品种。表明不同化感潜力分蘖洋葱在
蛋白水平上对番茄的影响存在差异。

Comparetive proteome Analysis of Tomato Leaves in
Tomato-Potato onion intercropping system

Abstract: In this paper, parative proteomics analysis was conducted to explore the impact
of potato onion on tomato. To identify the changes of the protein expression in the leaves of the
tomato which was intercropped with four varieties of Potato onion with different allelopathic
potentials. Total proteins were extracted from these tomato leaves, and subjected to two
dimensional electrophoresis, followed by MALDI-TOF-MS mass spectrometry. Results showed
that 39 proteins differently expressed in the leaves of monocropped and intercropped tomato.
These proteins were divided into 9 categories, of which the proteins were related with
photosynthesis (11), metabolic (10), plant resistance (8) discovered. The expression levels of heat
shock protein, thioredoxin, polyphenol oxidase, sedoheptulose 1,7 – bisphosphatase, S-adenosyl
methionine dehydrogenase, ATP-binding protein increased in the leaves of intercropped tomato.
Interestingly, the expression levels of these proteins from the tomato intercropped with potato
onions with strong allelopathy potentials were significantly higher than that intercropped with
potato onions with weak allelopathy potentials. Our results showed that potato onion with
different allelopathy potentials have different influences on tomato at the protein level.
