摘要:为了明确胡桃楸根、茎枝、叶和果等不同药用部位抗肿瘤作用的强弱,本文采用小鼠
荷 H22 肝癌实体瘤模型对上述各胡桃楸药用部位的乙醇提取物进行了抗肿瘤作用的比较研
究。以瘤重和抑瘤率为指标评价不同提取物的抗肿瘤作用强弱,以免疫器官指数、外周血象
和肝功能等指标评价不同提取物对荷瘤机体免疫功能和生存质量的影响。结果表明口服给药
后胡桃楸不同药用部位乙醇提取物抗肿瘤作用有所不同,其中胡桃楸根()、果
()、及叶() 的乙醇提取物有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为 %、
%和 %。腹腔注射环磷酰胺( g/kg)的抗肿瘤作用虽然较好,但其免疫抑制
作用较强;胡桃楸根和果提取物未显示明显的免疫抑制作用。本文通过实验研究再次证明了
胡桃楸具有较好的抗肿瘤作用,同时明确了胡桃楸不同部位抗肿瘤作用的强弱,为进一步研
究胡桃楸不同药用部位活性差异与化学成分差异的相关性奠定了基础。

Abstract: To evaluate the anti-tumor effects of the EtOH extracts of different parts of Juglans
mandshurica, the murine H22 hepatocarcinoma model was set up. Tumor weight and tumor
inhibition rate were obtained for the evaluation of the anti-tumor potencies. an indexes,
hematological parameters and Hepatic functions were determined to estimate the effects of
different extracts on the immune function of H22 tumor bearing mouse. The results showed that
after oral administration, the root EtOH extract (), fruit EtOH extract ()) and leaf
