摘要:目的:以 LPS 诱导的 细胞炎症模型,探讨芦荟大黄素的抗炎作用机制。
方法:以 5μΜ、10μΜ、20μΜ三个浓度的芦荟大黄素预处理 细胞 1h 后,给
予 1μ g/mL 的 LPS 诱导 24h。以 ELISA 法检测 IL-1β、IL-6 的生成量,以 qRT-PCR 方法检
测 IL-1β、IL-6 mRNA 表达。结果:芦荟大黄素中、高剂量组可显著抑制 IL-1β、IL-6 的
生成量(P<,P<),IL-1β、IL-6 mRNA 的表达(P<,P<),且均随浓
度增加抑制作用增强。结论:芦荟大黄素具有较好的抗炎活性,可抑制炎症细胞因子 IL-1
β、IL-6 的释放,该活性通过抑制它们的转录表达发挥的作用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of aloe-emodin in LPS-induced
cells. Methods: cells treated with 1μg/mL of LPS for 24h after pretreated
with aloe-emodin for 1h which is three concentrations (5μΜ, 10μΜ, 20μΜ). The amount of IL-1
βand IL-6 was detected by ELISA assay. The expression of IL-1βand IL-6 mRNA was detected
by qRT-PCR. Results: Aloe-emodin significantly inhibited the release of IL-1βand IL-6 (P <,
P<), the expression of IL-1βand IL-6 mRNA (P<, P<) in a dose-dependent
manner. Conclusion: Aloe-emodin has excellent anti-inflammatory activity, and the
