摘要:植物的组织培养指在含有营养物质及植物生长物质的培养液中,培养离体植物组织(器
官或细胞)并诱导使其长成完整植株的技术。本文综述了植物组织培养技术的原理、发展情
况及在具体生产实践中的运用,如脱毒、快繁、品种改良等,重点阐述了我国经济植物组织
培养中存在的问题及问题产生根源,包括褐变和污染等。同时,为了克服传统组培方法的缺
陷,加快组培苗的生长速度,改善品质,降低生产成本,国内外的学者将组培技术和多学科
交叉结合,诞生出各种新型的组培技术,本文介绍了开放式组培技术、光自养微繁技术等新
技术的运用及发展,并对经济植物的组织培养进行了展望,以期为从事植物组织培养研究与
生产应用的科技工作者提供了参考。

Abstract: Plant tissue culture is a kind of technology that cultures plant tissue (organ or cells) in
vitro and induces it growing into plete plant in a culture medium containing nutrients and
needed substances. In this paper, we reviewed plant tissue culture technical principle, their
development , application in production practices in the concrete, such as virus-free, rapid
propagation, improved varieties, and focused on economical problems of plant tissue culture of
