摘要:目的: 研究 GDF-15 基因在 TSA 作用胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 后及胃腺癌组织中的表达。
方法: 采用 Real-time PCR 检测胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 经过 TSA 干预后 GDF-15 基因表达的
变化,免疫组化检测 GDF-15 基因在胃癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果: GDF-15 基因在胃
癌细胞系 SGC-7901 经 75ng/ml TSA 作用 48 小时后,表达下调,差异具有显著性(P<),
免疫组化显示胃腺癌组织中 GDF-15 基因表达明显高于周围正常胃组织(P<)。结论:
GDF-15 基因表达下降可能在 TSA 促胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 凋亡中发挥作用。GDF-15 基因
在胃腺癌组织中表达增高。

Abstract: In this paper,we study the expression of GDF - 15 gene in the gastric cancer cell line
SGC-7901 induced by TSA and in gastric carcinoma tissues. The Real - time PCR detection of
GDF - 15 gene expression changes in gastric cancer cell line SGC - 7901 after the TSA
intervention, immunohistochemical detection of GDF-15 gene expression in gastric cancer and
normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma .GDF - 15 gene in gastric cancer cell line SGC - 7901 through
75 ng/ml after 48 hours by TSA, expression decreased, with significant difference (P < ),
