摘要:目的: 探讨 TSA 促胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 凋亡的作用机制。
方法: 采用基因芯片技术,通过高通量筛选胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 经过 TSA 干预后基因表达
的变化,并对结果进行分析,免疫组化检测筛选 DKK1 基因在胃癌及癌旁正常组织中的表
达。
结果:胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 经 75ng/ml TSA 作用 48 小时后,DKK1 基因表达下调,差别具有
显著性,免疫组化显示胃腺癌组织中 DKK1 基因表达明显高于周围正常胃组织,二者表达
差异具有显著性(P<)。
结论:DKK1 基因可能在 TSA 促胃癌细胞系 SGC-7901 凋亡作用中发挥作用。DKK1 基因在
胃腺癌组织中表达增高

Abstract: In this paper,we explore the mechanism of TSA induced apoptosis of gastric cancer cell
line SGC- the gene chip technology, through high-throughput screening gene
expression changes of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 induced by TSA . The results were
analyzed and DKK1 gene were detected the expression of in the screening of gastric cancer and
adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemistry .Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 after 48
