摘要:甲状旁腺素相关肽(PTHrP)是一种与甲状旁腺素(PTH)相类似的细胞因子,其前体经转录后剪接可形
成成熟的 N-末端,中段,核定位序列和 C-末端,各自在机体的生长发育中发挥不同的生理功能。PTHrP 及
其受体(PTH1R)在机体内分布广泛,对血管系统的发育和生长起重要作用,主要定位于血管平滑肌细胞
(VSMC)。正常生理情况下,PTHrP 可以胞内分泌的形式靶向细胞核,促进 VSMC 增殖和迁移;还可以自分泌
或旁分泌的形式,与 PTH1R 结合,抑制 VSMC 增殖和迁移。PTHrP 对 VSMC 的作用机制尚未完全阐明,很可
能与一系列细胞周期调节因子的改变有关,为防治血管损伤后续反应的研究提供新的切入点。

Abstract: PTHrP is a cytokine as similar as PTH, prises a family of distinct peptide
hormones arising from post-translational endoproteolytic cleavage of the initial PTHrP translation
products. Mature N-terminal, mid-region , nuclear localization sequence and C-terminal secretory
forms of PTHrP are thus generated, each of them having their own physiologic functions. PTHrP and
its receptor (PTH1R) are produced in abundance, especial in the cardiovascular system, where the
protein functions to regulate development, Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells (VSMCs) proliferation and
immi
