摘要:城市污泥的高含水率对其处理处置带来了各种不便,超声波预处理和微波辐射干燥都
受到越来越多的关注。针对超声波预处理污泥在微波辐射干燥过程中的影响进行实验研究,
研究了超声处理时间和超声波密度对干燥特性的影响。结果表明:经超声预处理后,污泥的
微波干燥性能都出现了改善和抑制两种不同的处理效果,具体的改善效果也不随超声波处理
时间和超声波密度的增大或减小而呈现出单一变化;超声波作用时间的影响更加明显;超声
波和微波联合作用后污泥的微观结构分析表明,超声波预处理确实能够有效改变污泥结构。

Abstract: The highwater content of sewage sludge has engendered many inconveniences to its
treatment and disposal. More and more attention has been paid to the ultrasonic method in the
field of sludge pre-treatment,the same to microwave irradiation dewatering. In this paper,
experiments on municipal sludge with ultrasonic pre-treatment and microwave irradiation drying
performance were investigated. Thus this research studies the characteristics influences of
ultrasonic bring to the sludge drying and effects of the action time and ultrasonic wave density on
the drying characteristics of dewatered sludge. The results showed that, the ultrasonic treatments
came two different results of microwave irradiation drying performance, improvement or
inhibition, the specific effect did also n
