摘要:为了研究超声波处理对羊毛纤维结构的影响,本文分别测试了处理前后羊毛纤维的碱
溶解度、表面组成、结晶度以及处理液氨基酸构成。结果表明:超声波处理对纤维表面及内
部结构均有一定破坏作用,处理后羊毛纤维的损伤程度整体提高。FTIR 测试表明其表面鳞
片层中的胱氨酸被进一步氧化成为磺基丙氨酸;XRD 测试则显示纤维结晶指数也有一定程
度的降低;而处理液氨基酸分析则表明超声波处理也可以对纤维的细胞间质也有破坏作用,
导致溶液中的高硫蛋白和高酪氨酸蛋白含量增加。

Abstract: To study the influence of ultrasonic treatment on wool fiber structure, the alkali
solubility, functional groups of wool surface, crystallinity and construction of treated solution was
detailed analyzed. The results showed that ultrasonic treatment created some damage to wool fiber.
FTIR analysis showed that the cystine loaded on wool surface was further oxidized to cysteic acid
after the ultrasonic treatment. XRD analysis showed that the crystal index of wool fiber decreased
dramatically. Amino acids analysis of ultrasonic treated solution showed that the ultrasonic can
also damage the cell membrane cortex, leading to the increase of high sulfur protein and high
tyrosine protein content.
