摘要:为建立微量生物样本中β-酪蛋白的定量分析方法,为泌乳生物学研究提供新技术,
本研究应用毛细管区带电泳技术,以牛乳β-酪蛋白为标准品,采用外标法定量分析了昆明
小白鼠泌乳期乳汁中β-酪蛋白含量变化。结果显示在 、20mmol/L 的硼砂-硼酸缓冲液
为运行缓冲液、20kv 电压以及 200nm 检测波长的条件下可以在 5min 内对小鼠乳汁中β-酪
蛋白含量进行定量分析。在泌乳初期小鼠乳汁中β-酪蛋白含量最高,达 g/L,随后稍有
降低,并在整个泌乳期保持恒定。这些结果表明毛细管区带电泳样本需要量少、重现性好、
操作简单快速,是可以用来定量分析微量生物样本中β-酪蛋白含量的方法。

Establishing a method to detect β-casein content in milk

Abstract: In order to establish a way to quantitative determinate β-casein content in trace milk or
biological specimen, capillary zone electrophoresis was used to detect β-casein content in mouse
milk. In this research, β-casein in mouse milk was quantitative analyzed in 5 min by capillary zone
electrophoresis. The running buffer was 20 mmol/L borax and boric acid buffer with pH . The
running voltage was 20 kv and the detection wavelength was 200 nm. The results showed that
β-casein content was highest in early lactation, then decreased and kept stable during the whole
lactation period. All these results revealed that capillary zone electrophoresis was simple, rapid
and accurate. It could be used
