摘要:针对泵控压机液压系统卸压冲击问题,本文采用功率键合图的方法进行研究。首先,
建立了 RKP 泵及其它元件的功率键合图模型和以 RKP 泵为主控单元的泵控系统的功率键合
图模型。得到基于噪声声强最弱的理论卸压曲线,并通过仿真分析和实验验证,基于键合图
理论模型的仿真曲线与实测曲线吻合较好,并且具有较好的卸压效果。最后得出了理论卸压
曲线可获得最优的卸压特性。
