中外跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力研究综述(2001-2010)

摘要
跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力是跨文化研究中两个重要的研究主题。中国学
者和外国学者对这两种能力持有不同的观点。这种不同引起了本文作者的注意并
激发作者研究中外在过去十年对跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力的研究状况。
本文是对跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力的文献述评。本研究收集了中外研究
人员从 2001 年到 2010 年发表或撰写的关于跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力的文章,
部分文章为中外硕博士毕业论文。本研究的文献来源为七大中外文献数据库,四
个中国外语教学类的核心期刊和三个跨文化交际学类的国际核心期刊。
本研究主要从三个方面对收集的文献进行分析,依次是研究数量、研究内容
和研究方法。研究内容中又分别探讨了研究内容分类、研究对象和研究建议。研
究建议为所收集的文献中对跨文化能力和跨文化交际能力的进一步研究所提供的
建议以及对跨文化教育发展所提出的建议。基于本研究的结果和讨论,本文也提
出了相应的建议。
通过研究,本文得出以下发现。过去十年,中国研究人员对于跨文化交际能
力的研究多于跨文化能力。外国研究人员则更注重跨文化能力的研究。中外对于
两个能力的研究内容可分为四方面,分别为对象研究、措施研究、理论研究和应
用研究。中外研究人员均热衷于措施研究。在研究对象上,中国研究人员主要研
究语言学习者、非语言专业学生、教师、领导和其它身份人员。外国研究人员除
专注于与中国研究人员相同的研究对象上,也把研究对象拓展到国际留学生和侨
民上。研究发现,中外研究人员对于非语言专业学生的研究最多。本研究对所收
集到的研究中提供的建议进行了整理分析,并对进一步研究和跨文化教育的发展
提出建议。分析过程中发现外国研究人员对进一步的研究所提的建议较多,而中
国研究人员则比较侧重于跨文化教育发展的建议上。

Abstract
Chinese and foreign researchers hold different opinions on intercultural
competence and petence, which are two popular
subjects in the studies of munication. The difference has raised the
researcher’s interest to conduct this research in order to provide an overview of the
research situations of the Chinese and foreign studies on petence and
petence.
This research has collected papers published or written by Chinese and foreign
researchers from 2001 to 2010 from seven databases, four Chinese key journals on
foreign languages studies and three international key journals on intercultural
communication studies and analyzed the data in three aspects, which are research
quantity, research content and research method. Research content was divided into three
aspects to be further analyzed. They are categorization of research content, research
subject and research suggestions. It is a review of literatures on intercultural
