摘要:以创新集群内企业间知识共享合作为背景,通过研究创新集群内合作文化对企业间合
作活动的协调作用,本文提出合作文化、知识生产能力、知识转移能力、创新绩效 4 项要素
的理论模型,并以 218 家企业为样本进行实证检验,认为知识生产能力和知识转移能力对创
新绩效有直接显著正向影响;合作文化对知识生产能力和知识转移能力有直接显著正向影
响,并由此对创新绩效有间接正向影响。

Abstract:
On the background of knowledge sharing cooperation between enterprises in innovation
cluster, this paper puts forward the theoretical model of collaborative culture, knowledge-creating
capacity, knowledge-transferring capacity, and innovation performance, and tests it by questionnaire

analysis of 218 firms in Yangtze River Delta. It reveals that: knowledge-creating capacity and
knowledge-transferring capacity have significantly direct impact on innovation performance;
collaborative culture has significantly direct impact on knowledge-creating capacity and
knowledge-transferring capacity, and also has indirect impact on innovation performance.
