文档介绍：河北工业大学硕士学位论文县域经济吸纳农村剩余劳动力研究——以河北省为例姓名:陈赵兴申请学位级别:硕士专业:数量经济学指导教师:高素英20071001河北工业大学硕士论文i 县域经济吸纳农村剩余劳动力研究——以河北省为例摘要随着以家庭联产承包责任制为主的农村改革,以及现在农业现代化生产方式的实施,农村剩余劳动力的数量居高不下,而如何将这部分劳动力转移出去,已成为我国当前最现实、最棘手、最迫切的课题。在面临着乡镇企业对农村剩余劳动力吸纳能力逐渐下降,城市就业压力不断加大的前提下,大力发展县域经济成为解决农村剩余劳动力转移的重要途径。但目前,关于县域经济对农村劳动力吸纳问题的研究工作仍处于起步阶段,因此,本文的研究对解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题有着重要的借鉴意义。本文以农村剩余劳动力转移和县域经济发展理论为基础,通过对当前我国农村剩余劳动力转移所存在问题的研究,提出大力发展县域经济将是解决我国农村剩余劳动力转移的新途径,并通过定量分析的方法对两者之间的密切关系进行了论证。然后以河北省为例,应用主成分和聚类分析的方法对其县域经济发展水平进行了总体评价,并对河北省县域经济对农村剩余劳动力的吸纳情况进行了研究;接着应用回归分析的方法对影响河北省县域经济发展的因素进行了分析,并据此归纳了河北省县域经济吸纳农村剩余劳动力的路径。最后,根据当前县域经济发展的实际情况,针对如何促进县域经济吸纳农村剩余劳动力提出了相关政策建议。关键词:农村剩余劳动力,农村剩余劳动力转移,县域经济,相关分析,河北省县域经济吸纳农村剩余劳动力研究——以河北省为例ii THE RESEARCH ON THE COUNTRY ECONOMY ABSORBING SURPLUS RURAL LABOR —TAKING HEBEI PROVINCE AS THE EXAMPLE ABSTRACT Along with propelling of the countryside reform and the implementation of the modern production of agriculture method, the quantity of the surplus rural labor keeps on growing. But how to transfer these labors has already e the most realistic, thorny and urgent topic in our country. Under the premise that the township enterprise’s ability of absorbing surplus rural labor is dropping gradually and the pressure of city employment enlarges unceasingly, developing country economy es an important way to solve the transfer of the surplus rural labor.
