决策树算法在电信业客户流失分析中的应用
摘要
随着数据挖掘技术的发展,数据挖掘的重要性已经被越来越多的人关注。数据挖掘就是利用已知的大量数据,利用算法,通过建立数学模型找出隐含在数据中的业务规则,其中对电信行业的客户流失预测就是目前的一大热点【1】。
目前电信运营商面临着激烈的市场竞争。对电信运营商来说,客户即生命,如何保有客户是企业客户管理的重中之重。,得出流失客户的基本特征,以帮助企业管理者对该类客户的行为特征进行分析,采取针对性的措施挽留即将流失的客户或有流失意向的客户,达到亡羊补牢的效果【2】。

Abstract
Along with data mining technology development, data mining importance already by more and more many person data mining is the use known mass datas, the use algorithm, discovers the concealment through the establishment mathematical model in the data service rule, in which to the munication profession customer outflow forecast is a present big hot spot[1].
At present munication operation business is facing the intense the munication operation business, the customer is the life, how holds the customer is the enterprise customer management the most article utilizes the decision tree algorithm to carry on the analysis to the munication customer attribute characteristic, obtains the outflow customer the basic characteristic, helps the enterprise superintendent to carry on the analysis to this kind of customer behavior characteristic, adopts the customer which the pointed measure detains soon drains or has the outflow intention customer, achieved is better late than never effect[2].
