摘要
2006 年在全国职业教育会议提出了《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》纲要,其中把大
力发展职业教育作为我国今后一个时期教育发展的重要战略,同时在 2010 年教育部工作要点中
明确提出关于要继续加强职业教育,坚持以就业为目标,整合教育资源,改进教学方式,着力培
养学生就业创业能力。加强先进制造业、现代农业和服务业技能型人才培养,推动专业与职业岗
位、教材与岗位技术标准、继续学习与专业引导的对接。职业教育的目标定位性将进一步明确,
同时这也对我国高职院校的未来的发展产生一定的影响。然而,我们还必须清醒地认识到,目前
我国高职教育办学特色不明显,教学内容还是以知识为本位的办学机制,整个高职教育课程的设
置,结构都已经不能适应时代发展的需要,这也已经严重的制约了高职教育的健康发展。因此,
高职教育应该主动适应社会需求的发展,使改革的重点不仅仅是外在形式上的而应该是内在素质
的不断提升。这个提升的重点就是在培养人才发展的课程上,而高职院校的课程结构的改革是整
个高等职业教育课程改革的核心。本文以宁夏财经职业技术学院为研究对象,通过以下两个方面
入手进行研究,一方面通过高职课程结构理论方面的研究分析国内外两种不同的高职院校课程结
构产生的原因及各自的优缺点,并找到该研究的研究趋势,另一方面对宁夏财经职业技术学院的
毕业生、教师、教学管理人员、社会用人单位、这几个角度分别对该校课程结构情况,课程结构
的设置目标是否合理,进行课程结构改革存在的相关问题进行深入细致的调查,并对以上问题进
行分析,在此基础上,结合课程结构方面的相关理论知识,尝试性的构建了宁夏财经职业技术学
院以能力为本位“三位一体”的课程结构,为高职院校其他专业提供借鉴作用。

Abstract
China’s Ministry of Education drew up an Action Plan for Invigorating Vocational Education in
system of vocational education is to be improved so that all people in employment access to
educational and training programs of all types and levels. In 2010, The aim is to improve the present
state of employment and cultivate the technical talents. Efforts will be deepen reforms and establish a
basic framework for a new educational system that actually meets the needs of social development of
the country. At the same time we should soberly knew that the features of vocational educational in our
nation is unclear. The present teaching content which emphasis the knowledge and the courses frame
can not suit vocational higher education etc. So the course frame is the centre pare of the vocational
higher education. This paper is based on the two objectives. The first is to analyze two different kinds of
course frame reason in our country. And find the good point and the short aspect of this research. The
