摘要:目的体外实验中探讨星形胶质细胞上调基因 1 (AEG-1)对主要促血管生成因子血管
内皮生长因子(VEGF)的调控作用。方法利用慢病毒介导的 AEG-1 过表达载体感染头颈
鳞癌 Tu686 细胞,Western blot 及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测 AEG-1 蛋白上调后

VEGF 蛋白的胞内表达及胞外分泌量的改变。结果
头颈鳞癌 Tu686 细胞 AEG-1 蛋白上调
后,Western blot 显示实验中 VEGF 蛋白胞内表达量较亲本细胞及对照组显著增高。ELISA
表明胞外分泌的 VEGF 蛋白在对照组和亲本细胞组中的表达分别为( ± )pg/ml
和( ± )pg/ml,而实验组中的表达显著升高为( ± )pg/ml,差异
具有统计学意义(F = , P < )。结论
AEG-1 蛋白可促进头颈鳞癌细胞主要促血管

Abstract: Objective: To investigate that AEG-1 protein can promote regulate the expression of
VEGF protein in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) in vitro. Methods:
SCCHN Tu686 cells were transfected with lentivirus mediated AEG-1 overexpression vector.
Western blot was used to examine the expression of AEG-1 protein and cytoplasmic VEGF
