摘要:选取三种不同品质类型花生代表品种:高蛋白品种 KB008、高油品种 H17 和高 O/L
品种 818,在大田条件下,分别覆膜栽培和露地栽培,研究覆膜对不同品质类型花生叶片
生理特性的影响,结果表明:在生育前期,覆膜栽培能显著提高不同品质类型花生叶绿素含
量、净光合速率、胞间 CO2 浓度、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(Φ PSⅡ)、
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT),降低 MDA(丙二醛)
含量,提高光合性能;生育后期,却明显降低叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、胞间 CO2 浓
度、叶绿素荧光参数和 SOD、POD、CAT 活性,提高 MDA 含量,降低光合性能,促进花
生叶片早衰。其中高油品种最易衰老,其次为高 O/L 品种,高蛋白品种衰老缓慢。

Abstract: A experiment was carried out to study the effects of film mulching on the leaves
physiological characteristics in different quality types of peanut ,using high protein cultivars of
KB008, high oil cultivars of H17 and high O/L cultivars of results show that when in
early growth stage the film mulching could effectively improve the chlorophyll content, net
photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters
