摘要:以天然壳聚糖(chitosan)为功能性高分子的骨架,通过西弗碱还原法以正癸醛(decanal)
制备了癸基化壳聚糖(N-decyl chitosan, DCTS),在其基础上和氯乙酸反应,制备了具有亲
疏水性质的羧甲基化癸基化壳聚糖衍生物(N-decyl-O,N-carboxymethyl chitosan, CMDCTS)。
对癸基化壳聚糖进行了 DSC 测试,得到了其热力学性质。用 FTIR、1H NMR 对壳聚糖衍生
物进行了结构表征。制备的水溶性胶束,用动态光散射(DLS)测试其流体力学直径与分布,
研究了烷基链接枝比率对粒径大小的影响,研究结果表明:烷基链接枝率越高,聚合物胶束
粒径越小。以芘为分子探针,通过荧光光谱法测定了壳聚糖衍生物的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为
×10-3 mg/mL。最后我们还测定了羧甲基化癸基化壳聚糖细胞毒性。

Abstract: In this paper, alkyl- chitosan derivatives(Decyl chitosan)were essfully synthesized
via Schiff base reduction reaction of chitosan and n-Decanal, with chitosan acting as the backbone
of the grafted copolymers. In the subsequent procedure, the The N-decyl-O,N-carboxymethyl
chitosan was synthesised by the carboxy methylation of Decyl chitosan. It was confirmed by
characterization employing Fourier transform sample infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 1HNMR
characterization. The size and distribution of the polymeric micelle was determined by dynamic
light scattering (DLS), as well the effect of the amount of alkyl chains on the size of the hollow
polymeric micelles. T
