摘要::研究了利用量子点(QDs)与纳米金颗粒(Au NPs)之间的共振能量转移荧光猝灭
现象测定银离子的方法。在λex/λem=400/609nm,银离子存在的条件下,量子点和纳米金之间
能够发生有效的能量转移,使量子点的荧光强度减弱,量子点的荧光强度与银离子浓度呈一
定的比例关系。银离子浓度在 10~750nM 范围内与量子点的荧光猝灭程度呈良好的线性关
系,方法检出限为 64nM。该方法用于实际环境水样中银离子的测定时,也取得了较为满意
的结果。

Fluorescent resonance energy transfer method for silver ions
detection based on quantum dots and gold nanoparticles

Abstract: In the present study, the authors reported a fluorescence method for the detection of Ag+
based on the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between quantum dots (QDs) and
gold nanoparticles (Au NPs). Whenλex/λem=400/609nm, Ag+ are present in the aqueous solution,
energy transfer occurred between QDs and Au NPs, which caused the fluorescence quenching of
the QDs. The fluorescence intensity of QDs is proportional to the concentration of Ag+. A good
linear correlation of the fluorescence quenching efficiency with the Ag+ concentration was
observed in the Ag+ concentration range from 10 nM to 750 nM. In addition, this method exhibits
a limit of detection of 64 nM toward Ag+ in the buffer solution. The methology could provide a
satisfactory result
