成就动机、创业自我效能感和创业动机的关系研究

摘要
大学生创业是当代中国十分关注的一个焦点问题,是减轻大学生就业压力、促进
经济发展的一条重要的途径。创业动机是驱动创业行为的先行因素,所以,本研究以
在校大学生为研究对象,探讨成就动机、创业自我效能感和创业动机三者的现状及其
相互之间的关系,希望能够进一步深化对大学生创业动机的理解,为促进大学生创业
提供理论上的支持。本研究采用问卷调查法,收到 396 份有效问卷,使用 t 检验、方
差分析、回归分析等统计方法,得到如下结论:
(1)大学生创业自我效能感存在专业差异,人文社科专业的创业自我效能感高于理
工专业和医学专业。
(2)成就动机可以正向预测创业动机。
(3)成就动机可以正向预测创业自我效能感。
(4)创业自我效能感可以正向预测创业动机。
(5)创业自我效能感在成就动机和创业动机间起完全中介作用。
本研究的创新之处在于以大学生为例,分析了创业自我效能感在成就动机与创业
动机间的作用机制。

ABSTRACT
Undergraduates’ starting a business is a focal problem in contemporary China, a important way to
mitigate the undergraduates’ employment pressure and promote economic development. Entrepreneurial
motivation is a leading factor to driven entrepreneurial behavior, so, by taking undergraduates as the
research object, this paper discusses the current status and the mutual relationship of achievement
motivation, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation. In order to provide
theoretical support to promote the undergraduates to start a business and deepen the understanding of
undergraduates’ entrepreneurial motivation, this research adoption questionnaire survey method, received
396 valid questionnaires, use t-test, variance analysis and regression analysis, get conclusion:
(1)There is significant differences in undergraduates’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy on professional
differences, Social Sciences Professional undergraduates’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy higher
Technology Professional undergraduates’ and Medical Professional undergraduates’.
(2)Achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial motivation.
(3)Achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
(4)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy can positively predict entrepreneurial motivation.
