高校教学服务学生满意度调查研究——以H大学本科生为例

近年来,随着高校数量的增多,高校间的竞争日趋激烈,办学成功与否与学生满意
息息相关,高校的教学服务必须在了解学生需求的基础上进行,办学生满意的教学。研
究高校教学服务学生满意度可以发现高校教学中存在的具体问题,从而更充分地利用已
有资源,对于提高教学质量和办学水平意义十分重大。
本研究在对相关文献进行整理和分析的基础上,对H 大学教学服务学生满意度实施
问卷调查,用数据表明事实、说明问题。本研究在借鉴国内外已有研究成果的基础上,
设计调查问卷体系,以 H 大学本科生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,从实证的角度探讨
了高校教学服务学生满意程度。依据问卷设计指标体系的三个维度对问卷和数据进行梳
理,并结合该校实际情况具体分析学生满意度现状。而后,本研究从学生的角度提出解
决该校教学服务过程中问题的建议,并讨论了影响学生满意度高低的差异性因素,进而
阐述由此项调查带给高校的启示。本研究最后得出以下结论:第一,顾客满意度理论、
利益相关者理论、全面质量管理理论在高等教育领域是适用的;第二,高校教学服务学
生满意度调查是有效的管理工具;第三,高校学生对教学服务学生满意度调查持支持态
度;第四, H 大学教学服务学生满意程度一般;第五,通过研究分析看出学生性别、年
级、院校选择和生源地等因素对教学服务学生满意程度存在一定的影响。

Abstract
In recent years, with the increase of the number of universities and petition among
universities, school ess and student satisfaction is closely related. The teaching service of
university must be based on the understanding of students’ needs, and make sure the students
satisfied the teaching service. Research on Student Satisfaction of Teaching Service helps us
detect the specific problems in order to utilize existing resources fully, and it is significance to
improve teaching quality.
In this study, the author used data to make a declaration by doing the student Satisfaction
questionnaire survey in H University. Based on the research results from home and abroad,
this study designed the questionnaire system and used the method of questionnaire survey, in
order to know the actually level of student satisfaction of teaching service. Based on System
design specifications on three dimensions, the study sorted out the questionnaire and data and
did detailed bined with of the actual situation of the school. These researches
proposed some solutions from the perspective of students and discussed the factors which
impact the differences in the level of student satisfaction, and then elaborate on the
