新生代农民工心理弹性与心理健康的关系及相关的对策研究

心理弹性是个体的一种能力、潜能或者特质,通过个体与环境的交互作用的过程,
产生出良好的适应结果。本文在对国内外现有研究文献梳理的基础上,以新生代农民工
为研究对象,着重探讨新生代农民工群体的心理弹性与心理健康状况,并根据研究的结
果提出有针对性的对策,以更好的疏导、解决新生代农民工群体中所存在的不良心理问
题。
第一,新生代农民工心理弹性问卷的内容结构包括以下七个维度:自我效能、自我
接纳、情绪稳定性、问题解决、朋友支持、家人支持和单位支持。对问卷进行信度和效
度检验,结果显示,新生代农民工心理弹性问卷的信度和效度均达到了心理测量学的要
求。
第二,不同性别、年龄、学历、工作年限、家庭所在地、是否独生的新生代农民工
个体,在心理弹性和心理健康的各维度上存在一定的差异。
第三,新生代农民工心理弹性与心理健康的关系研究得出如下结论:心理弹性对心
理健康有显著的预测作用,心理弹性的各因子对心理健康的自我肯定因子有正向预测作
用,对焦虑和忧郁因子有负向预测作用。
第四,以本研究的结果为依据,结合实际情况,深入探讨新生代农民工出现心理健
康问题的真正原因,并针对这一原因提出切实可行的对策。
最后,对本研究中存在的不足和需要进一步解决的问题进行了分析说明。

ABSTRACT
Resilience is the inherent potential of individuals which through interaction with the
environment to produce good adaptation results. This paper is based on the research and
literature of the the existing home and abroad of the new generation of migrant workers,
which focus on the generation of migrant workers’ resilience and mental health status.
According to the results of the study proposes targeted measures to better grooming and
solving the existence of negative psychological problems of the new generation of migrant
workers.
First, the structure of the generation of migrant workers’ resilience includs seven
dimensions: self-efficacy, self-acceptance, emotional stability, problem solving, friend
support, family support and unit support. The content reliability and validity of the generation
of migrant workers’ resilience reaches psychometric requirements.
Second, there exist significant differences between different gender, age, whether the
only child, family location, level of education and work experience of employees in the new
generation of migrant workers’ mental health and resilience.
Third, the study of the new generation of migrant workers’ resilience and mental health
