大一新生认知灵活性与学校适应的关系研究

摘要
认知灵活性是近年来认知心理学研究的热点问题。认知灵活性指的是(a)在任何
给定的情境中,有意义的选择的觉知;(b)灵活适应情境的意愿;(c)对灵活的自我效
能感。
以大学生为被试,采用问卷调查法探讨认知灵活性与大一新生学校适应之间的关
系。首先根据两次预测结果修订认知灵活性问卷;然后采用修订的认知灵活性问卷和大
学生适应量表对河北省保定市某大学 597 名大一新生进行团体施测。对认知灵活性正式
问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,考察大学生认知灵活性的人口统计学特
征、认知灵活性与学校适应之间的关系,并通过回归分析探讨认知灵活性对学校适应的
预测作用。
本研究得出的主要结论是:
(1)修订后的认知灵活性问卷包括 13 个条目,3 个维度,具有良好的信效度指标,
可以用于大学生认知灵活性的相关研究。
(2)大学生认知灵活性总分、灵活意愿、灵活效能维度上性别差异不显著,在灵活
选择维度上女生得分显著低于男生。大学生认知灵活性总分、灵活选择、灵活意愿维度
上在专业上差异不显著,在灵活效能维度上文科生得分显著高于理科生。独生子女与否
在认知灵活性总分以及灵活选择维度上存在差异,独生子女得分显著低于非独生子女;
在灵活意愿和灵活效能维度上差异不显著。生源所在地、排行在认知灵活性上差异不显
著。
(3)大学生适应情况良好,男女生之间的适应总体情况差异不显著,在学习适应和
情绪适应维度上存在显著性差异。
(4)认知灵活性的各维度与学校适应的各维度之间存在显著正相关关系。
(5)回归分析结果表明,认知灵活性能够有效预测学校适应水平。

Abstract 
Abstract
In recent years,cognitive flexibility has been the hot issue of the cognitive psychology.
Cognitive flexibility refers to a person’s (a)awareness that in any given situation there are
options and alternatives available,(b)willingness to be flexibility and adapt to the situation,
and(c)self-efficacy in being flexibility.
This paper aimed to discuss the relationship between the cognitive flexibility and the
school adaption of the freshmen. First of all, the Cognitive Flexibility Scale(CFS) was
translated into Chinese and then revised according to the result of 2 pretests; Secondly, the
revised Cognitive Flexibility Scale and Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale were
administered to 597 collogue students from one university; The Exploratory Factor Analysis
and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were performed on the CFS in the sample. The general
characteristics of cognitive flexibility possessed by colleague student in China, the
correlationship between cognitive flexibility and school adaption and the regression analysis
were investigated. According to the theory, the results are fully discussed.
