河北省统筹城乡经济协调发展研究
摘要
随着经济的快速发展,城乡分割的二元经济机构矛盾严重制约了我国城市和农村的发
展。构建和谐社会目标的实现必须解决“三农”问题。近几年来统筹城乡发展已经成了政
府工作的重点。改革开放以来,我省经济社会各方面发展有了巨大的进步。但是,城乡差
距的问题也随着经济的快速发展变得日益显著。统筹城乡经济协调对于从根本上解决“三
农”问题,缩小城乡差距,促进全省经济持续快速稳定发展具有重要的战略意义。
本文首先介绍了城乡协调发展的内涵、基本特征,城乡二元结构,城乡空间结构等理
论基础。然后分别介绍了河北省城市和农村的经济、基础设施建设和居民生活水平等现状,
从居民收入水平、消费水平、固定资产投资三个方面分析了河北省城乡居民之间的差距,
总结论述了我省城乡协调发展面临的问题。其次,从发展基础、生活水平、公共产品和人
口素质四个方面选取了 16 个指标作为主要参考指标建立了城乡协调发展水平的指标体系。
本文运用主成分分析法对河北省城乡协调发展水平进行了定量分析,找出了城乡协调发展
的主要影响因素。最后,结合国内外统筹城乡发展的成功经验和定量分析的结果,根据河
北省城乡发展的现状提出了河北省统筹城乡协调发展的政策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the rapidly develop of economy, the contradictory of divided dual economic structure
between urban and rural has seriously restricted the development of China’s urban and rural
areas. To achieve the goal that build a harmonious society must resolve the issue of agriculture,
countryside and farmers. In recent years, the development of urban and rural economy has
e government’s priority task. Since reform and opening, our province has achieved
tremendous progress in economy, social and many other aspects. However, the problem of urban
and rural distance has e prominent with economy's rapid development. Coordinated urban
and rural economic has important significance in fundamentally solve the issue of agriculture,
countryside and farmers, narrowing the distance between urban and rural areas,promoting the
province's economy sustain, rapidly and stable develop
