Objectives: At the end of these session Reservation Sales associates will be able to familiar in using the puter System in handling and processing all reservations.
目的: 在课程结束的时候预订部销售文员将能够熟练地使
用Oprea系统并能用其处理预订。
Standard :
pletion of training, Reservations Sales Agent will be professional Oprea system users, able to immediately access all reservation fields and report menus.
They will be able to promptly locate and explain all fields in the guest reservation and be able to modify information as required using the menus.
标准:
预订部销售文员将能很熟练地使用Oprea 系统以便能很快地进入所有预订区域和报表菜单。
预订部销售文员应能很熟练地并非常迅速地找到并解释有关客人预订的所有信息, 并能通过菜单根据客人需要修改相关信息。
