摘要
房屋建筑工程与人们的生产生活密切相关,工程质量的好坏不仅关系到项目投资能否成功,更为重要的是,建成后的项目直接参与到人们的日常生产和生活中去,这就还关系到国家和人民的生命、财产安全。施工阶段质量控制是工程项目全过程质量控制的关键环节。施工阶段质量管理的有效性,关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求,关系到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控制,因此必须重视和加强施工阶段质量管理工作。工程质量很大程度上决定于施工阶段质量控制。其中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督工作体系来确保工程质量达到合同规定的标准和要求。
本文在研究建设工程质量控制基本方法和理论的基础上,结合工程实例对质量控制问题进行了探讨。首先,简单介绍了质量管理、质量控制的起源和国内外发展现状,对质量控制的基本概念、基本理论进行了论证和分析;其次从项目管理、工程施工、建设监理、质量检测等方面论述了质量控制的要点,并结合工程实例(融桥住宅楼项目)论述了全面质量控制的方法和程序,从而验证了前述质量管理模式对工程质量控制的效果。最后,作者得出了本文结论,并提出了加强制度的可操作性,加强内部监督,开展项目评估等建议。

ABSTRACT
Since there is a close relationship between people's daily life and house-building project, the quality of the project directly determines ess or failure of the investment. And what's more, since the building project is directly involved in people’s life and production, it is of crucial importance to the lives and property security of the nation and people. Quality control is the construction phase project quality control of the entire process of the key links. The construction phase of the effectiveness of quality management, relationship to the whole quality of the final projects can meet the state standards and the requirements of owners, related to the project and the pletion of cost control, it is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the quality of management of the construction phase.
