摘要:汽车制造业被认为是物流领域里最复杂的行业,在汽车物流所涉及的四大模块:入厂物流、生产物流、销售物流和回收物流中,我国现行的汽车零部件入厂物流运输、配送等系统由于信息交流困难,物流资源不能有效整合等原因,己经不能满足现代汽车行业市场竞争的需要。因此,如何改善现有模式,降低零部件入厂物流成本,提高物流服务水平,成为汽车制造业在提升竞争力过程所关心的重要课题。
本文首先分析了“订单式”零部件入厂物流模式的流程及特点,对现有模式下运输、配送及仓储体系存在的问题进行了阐述。
其次,利用层次分析法(A肿)对三种物流服务模式:自营物流,传统外包物流和物流联盟进行选择。
在以上分析的基础上,本文构建了以第三方物流服务商为主导的“订单式”零部件入厂物流优化模式,分别从零部件运输系统、配送系统两个方面对该优化模式进行了详细设计。
最后,本文以某大型汽车公司为对象,对“订单式”零部件入厂物流优化模式进行了应用研究。

Abstract: In logistics industry,automobile logistics is regarded as the plicated business,which has four major modules(inbound,production,distribution and reverse) of the automobile of the hugeness transportation and distribution system are hard to be integrated,as well as munications between the supplying and demanding sides are very difEcult,the current inbound logistics system in our country can not meet the market demand of modern automobile how to reduce the cost and promote the level of service has e an important concern ofthe automobile industry.
This paper analyzes the process and features of current inbound logistics of automobile part owing to order,expounding the problems in mmsportation,distribution and storage system of inbound then,three logistics service mode:the self-rim logistics,the traditional outsourcing logistics and the logistics alliance are analyzed in (analytic hierarchy process)ale used to handle the
