摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代,是全球经济一体化时代,是数字化时代,是信息化时代,是竞争的时代,是人本管理时代。知识经济时代竞争的关键是人才,人力资源是企业生存和发展的战略性资源,谁能吸引人才、培养人才、留住人才,谁便能拥有市场主动权,在同行业中立于不败之地。近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,酒店行业得到了飞速的发展。酒店业是国民经济各行各业中发展最快的行业之一。但是,随着酒店业的蓬勃发展,酒店员工流失现象越来越严重,不仅造成了酒店企业技能和经验的流失,酒店的品牌信誉受损,员工的忠诚度和凝聚力降低,而且直接威胁到酒店企业的生存与发展。
本文从酒店、个人两个层面对酒店员工流失原因进行分析,旨在通过对人力资源相关理论的研究与分析,结合国内外酒店发展的现状分析,以寿光凯莱大酒店有限公司为酒店研究背景,全面分析总结该酒店人才流失的原因并提出相应对策,以达到降低酒店成本,保证酒店的优质服务,提高酒店市场竞争力的目的。

Abstract: The 21st century is the knowledge economy, is global economic integration, is digital age, is information age an era petition, it is the era of humanism. knowledge economy is key time for people and human resources are the survival and development of strategic resources, who can attract talented people, and keeping talent, who can have the initiative, which in the recent years, with the people's living standards increase, the hotel industry was booming. the hotel industry is the fastest growing economy in all trades and industries. however, as one of the hospitality industry is booming, the hotel staff wastage is more and more serious, not only caused the hotel business skills and experience of loss, the credibility of the brand and employee loyalty and cohesion, and direct threat to the hotel business survival and development.
From the hotel, two aspects to the hotel staff erosion cause analysis, on human resources related to the theory of research and analysis, bines the development of the present analysis, ltd. shouguang chele hotel for prehensive review of background research and analysis the cause of the brain drain and the corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the costs and ensure the quality of service and the petitiveness.
