B. Оliynyk (National Technical University of Ukraine, Kiev 03056, Ukraine) Abstract: In this paper a method for ship model and disturbance parameters identification under rough sea is presented. It’s offered to use spectral analysis of ship angular velocity signal in order to determine ship model parameters and magnitude of static disturbance moment. The precision of obtained parameters allows one to use those data for synthesis and tuning of an autopilot controller.
