摘要:信用炒作现象日益频繁,信用欺诈等事件出现的频率也越来越高,信用评级体系也不
断的涌现出各类问题,京东、易趣、拍拍等电子商务网站首当其冲,C2C 模式的危机开始显
现,市场上买卖双方都遭受这巨大的危机。各电子商务平台只为追求自身利益,C2C 电子商
务平台的发展遭受“柠檬效应”阻力,面对日益变化的新需求,传统平台的信用评级体系捉
襟见肘。本研究在分析国内 C2C 电子商务环境中信用危机出现的原因的基础上,引入美国
Buysafe 机制,建立了国内 C2C 电子商务信用评级整合体系。旨在促进 C2C 电子商务市场健
康发展。

Abstract: With the increase of credit hype and credit fraud, existing merce and other
domestic credit rating system like Jingdong, YiQu, Paipai have exposed more and more problems,
which not only give C2C buyers difficult, but also brought a new dilemma to sellers. The
existence of " market for lemons " effect makes the C2C merce platform development more
complex and difficult. As every platform is seeking to maximize their own interests, the traditional
credit rating system of discrete platforms is difficult to meet the needs of new development. In this
paper, we’ll study credit rating system of Buysafe, and then build the best model of C2C
merce credit rating system in our country, in order to make our C2C merce market
more healthy and stable.
