摘要:对硫化钼镍矿进行了加压氧化浸取钼镍过程研究。结果表明,矿物粒度、氧分压、总
铵浓度、浸出温度和时间对钼、镍的浸出率有显著影响,钼、镍浸出率随矿物粒度的降低和
随氧分压、总铵浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间的增加而增加。最佳工艺条件为:矿物粒度-325
目,氧分压 ,总铵浓度 5M/L,浸出温度 80℃,浸出时间 3h。在该条件下,钼和镍
的浸出率均>95%。

Abstract: Leaching of molybdenum and nickel from Mo-Ni sulfide ores by pressure oxide
leaching was studied. The results show that the effects of particle size, oxygen partial pressure,
ammonium concentration, leaching temperature and time on leaching rate of molybdenum and
nickel are predominant. The leaching rate of molybdenum and nickel increases with a decrease of
particle size and an increase of oxygen partial pressure, ammonium concentration, leaching
temperature and time. The optimal technological conditions are obtained: particle size -325 mesh,
oxygen partial pressure , ammonium concentration 5M/L, leaching temperature 80
