摘要:研究网络快递服务商竞争均衡以及由于竞争带来的社会效率损失。我们首先描述了网
购快递服务具有的拥塞效应特性以及消费者选择依据的综合成本,构建快递服务商价格竞争
的二层均衡 EPEC 模型,下层为消费者选择的 Wardrop 均衡,上层为快递服务商竞争的 Nash
均衡。证明快递服务商之间的 Nash 均衡存在性。并提出了快递服务商自利竞争带来的社会
福利效率损失概念,对该效率损失进行了分析。分析发现和集中决策相比,分散决策带来了
效率损失,并且效率损失和消费者偏好无关,和延迟时间函数的不对称性有关。

Abstract: The growth of online shopping market in China is severely undermined by the express
service providers’ excessive petition and insufficient service capacity. This paper studies
the pricing and capacity investment petition of express service providers in the
online shopping industry. A bi-level equilibrium programming model is formulated with the low
level Wardrop equilibrium between consumers and the upper level Nash equilibrium between
express service providers. We prove that there exists Nash equilibrium in the upper level oligopoly
competition. To quantify the inefficiency of the oligopolistic equilibrium via high full price and
insufficient investment, we propose a measure of the ratio of the social cost between the
competitive equilibrium and the social optimum. Our results contribute to the basic understanding
