摘要:本文在探讨高职院校教学督导内容及特点的基础上,分析了高职院校教学督导现状及
存在的问题,并提出可以通过制定明晰的督导团队职业资格、强化督导实践环节、提高教学
督导工作工具、强化督导在制度建设中的作用、改进督导表格设计模式等措施来建立科学的
督导工作机制,以达到提高督导工作效率的目的。

Abstract: Basing on the discussion about the content and character of higher vocational teaching
supervision work, the present situation and problems were analyzed in this paper. In order to
improve the teaching supervision efficiency, higher vocational schools should set up the scientific
teaching supervision work mechanism by formulating a policy of teaching supervision
professional qualification, strengthening the supervision of practice training, improving the
supervision tools, strengthening the role of supervision on system construction and mending the
supervision table type.

教学督导是对教育、教学质量的控制、检测和评价,是保证合格人才的质量保证机制。

教学督导制度对于加强教学管理、推进教学改革、提高教学素质和教学质量等方面显示出重
要作用,因此成为世界各国教育界的关注焦点之一[1-3]。特别是我国高等教育扩招后,为了
确保教学质量,国内高校纷纷建立教学督导队伍,制定相关规章制度,组建适合自己学校教
育特色的督导体系,并对教育督导的监控模式、各国督导的特点等进行研究和讨论
