摘要:计算机分子模拟计算表明,环糊精和胰岛素具有形成超分子的可能性,并且在一定范
围内随着环糊精比例的提高,形成的超分子将越稳定。紫外光谱实验表明,胰岛素和β-CD、
HP-β-CD 均能够形成比较稳定的超分子体,HP-β-CD 优于β-CD。我们利用研磨法制备胰
岛素/环糊精的超分子。随后,考察了胰岛素/环糊精超分子在强酸、强碱、高温、下的稳定
性,结果显示,胰岛素/环糊精超分子在各种环境下的稳定性均优于对照的胰岛素。

Abstract: Computer simulations showed that cyclodextrin and insulin had the possibility to
formation of supramolecule. Within a certain range, the more the cyclodextrin, the more stable the
supramolecular formation. UV spectrum experiments showed that both β-CD and HP-β-CD
could form supramolecule with insulin, Insulin/HP-β-CD is more stable than Insulin/β-CD. We
prepared the supramolecule of insulin and cyclodextrin using the grinding methods. What is more,
The stability of the supramolecule in stong acids,strong alkali and high temperature were
researched. The results revealed that the stability of supramolecule is superior to insulin in a
variety of enviroments.

引言
胰岛素(Insuli
