摘要
本文研究了壳聚糖负载硅藻土对模拟印染废水直接大红溶液的吸附性能。分别探讨了壳聚糖负载硅藻土量、染料浓度、介质的pH值、吸附温度及吸附时间对吸附性能的影响,最终得到了壳聚糖负载硅藻土对模拟染料废水直接大红溶液的最佳吸附条件。结果表明:对于一定浓度的直接大红溶液,随着壳聚糖负载硅藻土用量的增加,对直接大红溶液的吸附量逐渐增强,;介质的pH值在3的条件下,负载硅藻土对直接大红吸附性能较好;随着吸附时间的增长,吸附量不断增大最后达到平衡值,在180min左右达到平衡;温度对吸附性能影响较小,在45℃时吸附性能相对较好;负载硅藻土的吸附量随染料浓度的增大逐渐增大。结论:,pH值在3条件下,时间在180min左右,温度在45℃时有很好的吸附性能。吸附量分别为:,,,。

The study of the adsorption behavior of Chitosan loaded diatomite for direct scarlet solution
Abstract
This paper studies the absorption performance of Chitosan loaded diatomite on simulated dyeing wastewater direct scarlet solution and discusses the effects of Chitosan loaded diatomite dosage, medium pH values, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, and dye concentration on the adsorption properties. The study finally got the best adsorption conditions of activated Chitosan loaded diatomite on simulated wastewater direct scarlet solution. The results showed that: For a certain concentration of active direct scarlet solution, with the increasing amount of Chitosan loaded diatomite, the adsorption of Chitosan loaded diatomite on the activity of direct scarlet solution gradually enhanced. The best dosage of Chitosan loaded diatomite was . pH value in the 3 acidic condition, activity of Chitosan loaded diatomite on direct scarlet solution has better solution adsorption. With the increase of adsorption time, adsorption grew to equilibrium value. Under normal circumstances, a balance achieved in 180 minutes; Temperature has little effects on adsorption, the relatively good temperature of adsorption is 45℃. Conclusion: the dosage of or so of Chitosan loaded diatomite, pH conditions in the 3, in 180 minutes, the temperature at 45℃, has a good adsorption. Adsorption capacities are as follows:,,,.
