摘要:施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂,是施工的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件,用来指导工程项目施工的各项活动。本施工组织设计是澧县大汉新城6#栋工程施工的纲领性文件,主要内容包括项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等。本施工组织设计根据现场实际情况提出了具体的施工方案和进度计划保证措施,以达到工期短、质量好,成本低的目标。

Abstract: The construction management planning is the core and the soul of construction management and also prehensive file of technique, economy and management is aim to guide each construction project construction management planning is the programmatic document for 6th of Dahan New City building in Lixian, including project anization, the overall arrangement of constrction, construction preparation,
the main sub-segment of the construction methods, the quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures and anizational measure of construction site. The construction management es up with the concrete construction plans and schedule guarantee measures which is based on the construction management planning so as to achieve the goal of short construction period, good quality and low cost target.

1 前言
施工组织设计是规划和指导工程投标、承包合同签订、施工准备及施工全过程的全局性技术经济文件。施工组织设计文件编制时,应从拟建工程施工全局出发,结合工程的具体条件,确定经济、合理、有效的施工方案和切实可行的施工进度,同时确定合理有效的技术组织措施及科学的施工现场间布置,并协调好项目的设计与施工、技术与经济、各施工阶段和施工过程之间的关系。采用科学的管理方法,有效使用人力、物力,安排好时间、空间,能达到耗功少,工期短,质量高和造价低的最有效果。本设计力求贴近工程实际,在施工部署,工期安排,及资源利用上做了优化,使其能真正发挥施工组织设计的纲领性作用。
2 编制说明及工程概况
编制说明
本施工组织设计是澧县大汉新城6#栋工程的施工指导性文件。本项目严格遵照国家、行业和地区现行的有关法律、法规、建筑工程施工规范、规程、标准以及公司的技术管理制度、文件和各项承诺,在图纸会审之后,按照本施工组织设计确定的原则,进一步完善并细化各分项工程施工方案,确保本工程优质高速地建成。
编制原则
认真贯彻党和国家对基本建设的各项方针和政策,严格遵守国家和合同规定的工程竣工及交付使用期限。坚持技术领先、科学合理、经济适用与实事求是相结合。
编制依据
本设计的编制依据有:湖南省水利水电勘测设计研究总院设计的施工图纸;国家、省、市有关建筑施工的安全技术规范、标准及文明施工的规定;中国建筑工业出版社出版的《建筑施工手册》等参考文献;施工合同及现场情况。
