摘要:本文介绍了一套可摘局部义齿设计的专家系统,利用三维可视化技术,可直观、
立体的显示修复设计效果。论述了三维图形库建立的方法,其中牙列三维模型由从CT 获得的二维断面序列重建而成,义齿部件模型由专家在此基础上绘制。另外介绍了知识库设计的方法。最后,给出了两例牙列缺损修复设计的图示结果。

Abstract: This paper introduced an expert system for designing removable partial results of denture designing can be displayed stereoscopically. The method of buildingthe 3D model library is described. The dentition models were reconstructed by the serialcross-sectional images acquired from CT, on which the expert drew ponent parts ofthe dentures. In addition, the method of design
ing the knowledge library is described, and two samples of denture designing are listed in the end.

引言
可摘局部义齿是牙列缺损的修复方法之一,其设计历来被认为是较为复杂的口腔问题。国内外文献对可摘局部义齿设计的专家系统均有相关报道[1]~[3] 但这些专家系统中的口腔模型、修复体部件模型均为二维图像,不能直观、立体的显示修复设计效果。近年来,计算机三维可视化技术迅速发展,在各个领域尤其是生物医学领域有着巨大的理论及应用价值。本文介绍的可摘局部义齿设计三维可视化专家系统即是在构建大量的修复体部件和牙列三维模型的基础上,形成的一套可全方位各角度显示立体效果的计算机辅助设计专家系统。
