摘要
爆发于年的美国次贷危机,历经年的种种变化之后,至年月时,
演变为华尔街的剧烈动荡。股指暴跌,交易萎缩,金融资产急速贬值。投资银行,
商业银行等各类金融机构纷纷受到不同程度的影响,有些甚至破产倒闭。这样的金
融冲击迅速向全球各金融市场扩散,并导致了世界范围内的金融危机的形成。此后,
虚拟经济的冲击开始向实体经济蔓延,结果各国的经济增长开始放慢,停滞,甚至
倒退。金融危机的冲击无处不在,金融危机在很短的时间内完成了国际传导,让我
们猝不及防。
本文结合学者们的研究,在当前金融危机不断蔓延扩散的背景下,对美国金融
危机的生成、爆发与国际传导进行了综合的分析。文章首先对已有的金融危机的相
关传导理论做了综合整理,阐述了金融危机国际传导的三种主要的传导渠道:他们
分别是国际贸易渠道,国际资本流动渠道和投资者心理传导渠道。以此为起点,我
们展开了对当前美国金融危机的论述,认为当前危机源于早前的美国次贷危机,其
生成的主要原因在于美国的金融监管不利,导致了金融创新的滥用和金融风险的不
断积累、扩大,并最终酿成危机。在危机爆发后,它又迅速通过国际贸易渠道、国
际资本流动渠道快速扩散,传导至世界其他国家和地区,并演变成全球性的金融危
机。最后,基于以上的分析结论和当前危机仍在不断扩散蔓延的背景,我们也从危
机传导的角度,提出应当调整经济政策,强化金融监管,加强国际合作的三个极具
现实意义的政策建议,以求能够减少危机继续传导带来的负面影响。

Abstract
The Subprime mortgage crisis,which was stated in 2006, turned out to be the sharp
turbulence at Wall Street in September, 2008, after its various changes in 2007. The main
Stock Indexes fell sharply, transaction volumes greatly decreasing while financial assets
devalued in a large scale. Many financial institutions like investment banks and
commercial banks all were differently influenced, among which some even got bankrupted.
This kind of shock to the US financial market quickly transmitted into the global financial
markets and led to the worldwide financial crisis. After that, the shock to the virtual
economy spread into the actual economy, with the result that each country’s economic
growth began to slow down, stagnate or even decline. The shock of the financial crisis can
be seen everywhere, and it’s finished the international transmission in such a short period
of time that all of us can not react to it.
This passage will make a full range of study on the generation, the exploration and
the international transmission of the current US financial crisis on the basis of the former
researchers’ existed conclusions. At
