摘要
20 世纪 60 年代以来,原住民族的生存状况开始引起世界的关注。加拿大是
个多民族聚居的国家,也是世界上最先开始关注原住民族教育问题的国家之一,
先后出台了多项教育改革政策和法案,并且资助了多项原住民族教育项目,极大
地提高了原住民族的生活学习条件。
本论文采用文献分析法、历史研究法和比较研究法,试图通过研究加拿大原
住民族的教育政策,来挖掘其中的成功经验与欠缺之处,希望对我国少数民族教
育事业的发展有所启示。
本论文分六部分。第一部分为导论,介绍了研究背景以及国内外专家学者对
这一课题的研究现状,并做了简要的述评。经过分析确定了研究方法,对相关概
念加以界定。第二部分简述了20 世纪 80 年代以前加拿大原住民族教育政策由同
化到自治的演变过程。第三部分详细论述了20 世纪 80 年代后加拿大原住民族教
育的具体政策措施,重点从四个法案进行阐述和分析。第四部分对加拿大原住民
族政策的实施现状进行了评述,介绍了三个不同地区的实施案例,对其取得的成
效和存在的问题进行阐述,总结了原住民族教育政策实施所面临的挑战。第五部
分是对自治体制下原住民族教育发展新举措的展望。第六部分论述了加拿大原住
民族教育对我国少数民族教育的启示。

Abstract
Since the 1960’s,the living conditions of Aboriginal began to attract the whole
world's is a multi-ethnic country, it is one of the countries of the
world which began to focus on the issue of Aboriginal education earlier. Canadian
government introduced a lot of public policies and programs to fund a number of
Aboriginal education projects,greatly improved the living condition of Aboriginal.
The thesis applies literature review,history research parative research.
The study attempts to show the development of Canadian Aboriginal education ,with
the purpose of researching the essful experience and ings,which can
bring some inspiration to the development of China's ethnic minority education.
This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the
reason for choosing this topic,as well as domestic and international research status of
