兰州市少数民族流动人口社会支持研究--基于H社区少数民族流
动人口的实地研究

摘要
在中国社会结构急剧转型的背景下,民生问题成为社会讨论的热点。作为社
会的弱势群体,少数民族流动人口也是受关注群体之一。
本研究以社会支持理论为分析工具,采用质性研究方法,对兰州市少数民族
流动人口的社会支持现状、结构特征以及影响因素进行了初步的归纳与探索性研
究。通过对 20 位在兰经商的少数民族流动人口的深入访谈,主要从正式社会支
持和非正式社会支持两个维度对少数民族流动人口的社会支持现状进行了概括,
认为由于个体、制度、文化三重因素的影响,这个特殊弱势群体的社会支持呈现
出政策支持的缺位性、组织化支持的单薄性、主体的自给性和社会支持的不可持
续性四个结构特征。研究以“少数民族流动人口社会支持系统的构建”作为基本
落脚点,从增强系统、激活系统和缺失系统三个层面对少数民族流动人口的社会
支持系统进行尝试性的建构,并以此作为本研究的基本理论成果。
本研究为少数民族流动人口从理论角度提供支持,期望能给他们在城市中生
活现状的改善起到推动作用,进而为构建社会主义和谐社会和小康社会的建设提
供动力。

Abstract
The people's livelihood has e hot topic in the Social structure in China
against the backdrop of a sharp transition. The ethnic minorities is Socially
disadvantaged groups .They were One of the groups of concerned.
In this study, theoretical analysis of social support tools and use of qualitative
research methods. Lanzhou City of the floating population of munity to
support the status quo, structural characteristics, as well as the impact of factors
summarized in the preliminary study and exploration. By 20 of doing business in
minority lan-depth interviews with the floating population, mainly from the formal
and informal social munity to support the two dimensions of the floating
