摘要
随着计算机技术的日趋成熟,网络环境的日益发达,它们带来的便利让越来越
多的人群涉入到计算机应用领域中。同时,随着 3G 时代的到来,越来越多的用户对
通信网络的需求在不断扩大,移动通信领域的业务处理和资源管理也越来越复杂,
导致移动公司全网资源的集中管理的难度不断加大,如何更高效的管理公司内部的
信息资源,更充分的实现数据的实时共享,更合理的跟踪公司任务的派发流程,都
成为一个企业扩大规模、提高市场竞争力的关键。鉴于此背景,研究开发一个统一
资源信息管理、工作进度定制的管理平台已经关系到整个移动通信领域未来能否高
效率、高质量发展下去的重要课题。
在充分了解移动通信网络信息管理领域需求的基础上,提出了开发工程物资管
理系统。系统是面向管理的集成系统,对公司资源信息进行收集、传递、存储和处
理,实现多用户共享,直接为基层和各管理部门服务。根据业务需求分析和模块功
能划分提出了基于 C# 框架程序开发,采用 VS2008 为开发工具,Oracle10g
为数据库系统,利用 UML 建模对系统模块进行分析设计、采用、XML 等
技术实现系统整体功能,包括工作流程定制、任务派发机制、工作计划及评价等关
键流程;利用测试工具 NUnit 进行单元测试,最后进行系统测试,对 Bug 进行及时
修复跟踪,最终完成系统开发工作。
课题在分析设计以及实现过程中创造性的将一些新技术应用到了实际业务问题
的解决中,主要包括整合性的平台思想、基于 C# 框架程序开发、工作流程定
制中 XML 模板设计等解决方案。工程物资管理平台的核心价值在于深入了解移动通
信网络的业务流程和目前的实际需求,并将新信息技术应用于开发过程中,解决了
实际需求问题,较大程度提升了执行能力和管理效率,创造了一定的社会价值,具
有较好的推广前景。

Abstract
Because of the convenience of puter technology, more and more users have
been involving in puter applications along with the mature of puter science
and the development of work environment. Meanwhile, with the arrival of the era
of 3G, more and more users need work. Moreover, the
plexity of the munications business processing and resource
management will lead the difficulty of panies' central management of all
network resources. Therefore, how to more efficiently manage the internal information
resources of pany, how to more fully share real-time data, and how to more
reasonably track the task distribution of pany processes are the three key points to
improve the petitiveness of an enterprise. So the research and development of
a unified resource information and work schedule customizing management platform is an
important subject which relates to the high efficiency and high quality of the mobile
communication development in the future.
