轨道公交站台信息传达的通用设计研究
摘要
本论文是针对信息时代背景之下,由轨道公交站台信息传达所引发的通用设计研
究。论文结合我国城市轨道公交的现状,对其中的站台信息传达进行全面系统地通用
设计研究,以期探索出适合我国轨道公交系统的站台信息传达设计体系。在满足普通
市民快捷方便的出行需求时,最大程度地体现对老年人、残障人等弱势群体的无歧视
信息读取尊重,实现工业设计在现代社会中的“绅士设计”角色。
文章的重点是:我国轨道公交中的站台信息传达调研个案分析和后续的设计实践
研究。在进行详实具体的个案访谈、问卷调查之后,得出老年人和障碍人士比例上升
趋势明显;接着对比分析不同人群在乘坐轨道公交时,所遇到的站台信息常见困惑和
障碍;最后以上述调研结果为事实依据,通用设计理念为理论基础,进行站台信息传
达的通用设计研究实践。
本文的创新点是:改变以前进行轨道公交的通用设计研究时,局限于其中的一两
个点进行专门性的设计,而聚焦其中最容易被人们所忽视的信息传达进行系统地通用
设计实践。
论文的不足之处是:对站台信息传达的通用设计实践研究还不够深入,解决信
息读取障碍的手段单一,尚不能完全做到满足所有出行人群的生理和心理需求。这一
通用设计理论与实践相结合过程中的“瓶颈”也正是后续研究要重点解决的目标。

Abstr act
This thesis is universal design research on the information transmission of Rail
Public Transport's platform under the background of information age. A suitable system
of platform information transmission is expected to design throughly and systematically
according to the reality of China's Rail Public system is considered to
make ordinary people's out faster and more convenient,respect the old and the disabled
without discrimination,so they can understand the information easily,what's more,
embody"gentleman design",which Industrial Design should play in modern society.
The research focus on analyzing investigation cases of information transmission in
China's Urban Rail Public Transport and sustainable a great deal of
investigations by questionnaire and interview,e to conclusion that among people
who often go out,the proportion of old and the disabled is increasing greatly;the puzzle
and barrier that people will face when understanding the information of the platform
during their riding are analyzed pared to each ,the design research of
the Rail Public Transport platform information transmission is carried on according to
these investigations,analyses and the theory of universal design.
