随着我国社会主义市场经济体系的建立和完善,特别是中国加入WTO后,中国经济开始全面实现与国际经济接轨,国内市场与国际市场将融为一体,使企业所面临的财务风险因素增加,可能造成的损益也就更加不确定。知识经济将使信息传播、处理、反馈以及更新的速度大大加快,这些变化在给企业带来机遇的同时,也加剧了企业的财务风险。而对海宁皮革企业来说,特别是近几年大量出口贸易企业,金融危机、关税壁垒等等都使企业财务风险逐渐加大,防范和化解财务风险的任务日益紧迫,财务风险管理成为海宁皮革企业急需解决的重要课题。
本文首先介绍了财务风险的概念、特点及加强企业财务风险的重要性,紧接着介绍海宁皮革企业的发展状况和经营特点,同时针对海宁皮革企业财务风险的具体表现进行相关财务风险的原因分析,并就这些财务风险状况提出相应的防范与控制措施,从而使得海宁皮革在今后的发展道路上能更加辉煌。

Abstract
Along with the establishment and the consummation of our country socialist market economy system, especially after China's accession to the WTO, China's economy has began to realize connecting with international economy. Domestic market will blend in international market. It makes the adding of the financial risk factors of enterprise and may cause more uncertainty to profit. Knowledge economy will make the speed of transmission; processing, feedback and update of information accelerate dramatically. These changes brought opportunities to the enterprise, but also increased the financial risk of the enterprise. To Haining leather enterprise, especially those of export trade in recent years, the financial crisis, tariff barriers, all of which make financial risk of the enterprises increase gradually. Task to guard against and defuse financial risks is increasingly urgent. Financial risk management es an urgent important topic to Haining leather enterprise.
This paper firstly introduces the concept and characteristics of financial risk and the importance of strengthening the financial risks of enterprise, and then talks about development situation and operating characteristics of Haining leather enterprise, Afterwards, considering the specific performance of the financial risks of Haining leather enterprises, it analyzed the causes of the financial risk, and puts forward some corresponding preventive and control measures, thus making the development of Haining leather enterprises in the future more brilliant.
