随着我国老龄化进程的不断加快,社会对养老机构的需求越来越大,机构养老方式也逐渐为更多的老人所接受。在养老院数量快速增加的同时,其服务质量也应得到及时的关注。我国养老机构在运转过程中还存在一定的困境,比如资金投入不足、缺乏专业服务人员、管理不够规范等。
本文在对**市养老机构入住老人生活状况和满意度问卷调查的基础上,分析了入住老人的生活质量和支持网络,并且从服务使用者的角度探析养老机构的设施状况和服务质量,并藉此对**市机构养老的发展提出建议,推进**市养老服务体系持续健康有序发展。

Abstract
Rapid growth of the aged population demands more and more nursing homes, the society-run aged homes have been expanding rapidly and institutional care has been accepted by more and more elder people. With the rapid increasing of nursing homes, people should also pay attention to the service quality in time. In the operation of pension institutions there are still some difficulties, such as a lack of capital investment and professional services as well as nonstandard management etc.
The author conducted a questionnaire survey about residents’ living conditions and satisfaction in society-run aged homes in Jiaxing, based on which the author tried to analyse the quality of life as well as social work of the residents. Meanwhile, the service quality of the aged homes is expected to be researched and analyzed in the perspective of their users. Thus, by virtue of this opportunity, the author will put forward several proposals concerning the development of the aged homes, promoting a sustainable, healthy and orderly old-age service system in Jiaxing.
