随着我国社会经济的发展、城市化进程的加快,农村的土地被征用,导致越来越多的农民失去了赖以生存的土地,于是,现实中产生了一个新的社会群体,即失地农民。土地对农民来讲具有举足轻重的作用,它在农民生活中一直扮演着生产资料和生活保障的双重角色,农民一旦失去了土地,便失去了相应的权益,从而面临着生活、就业和社会保障等一系列问题,对构建和谐社会产生了重大影响。因此,失地农民问题是现阶段中国社会主义市场经济建设与构建和谐社会亟待解决的重大问题。本文针对**长新小区失地农民的生存状况进行调查,分析了失地农民存在的问题及原因,在此基础上提出了一系列改善失地农民生存状况的建议。

Abstract
With the development of social economy of our country, quickening of urbanization process and the requisition of countryside land, more and more peasants lose their land depended on for existence, so a new social group is formed, which is called off-land peasants. The land is of big importance to peasants. It acts as the double roles of means of the production and living guarantee in peasants’life all the time. Once peasants lose their land, they will lose the corresponding rights and interests. So off-land peasants face a series of problems such as living, employment and social security., which has produced significant influence in constructing the harmonious society. The difficulties of off-land peasants is the major issues to need to resolve at this stage building China′s socialist market economy and a harmonious society. So the study aim at catching the survival function of land-lost farmers in JiaXing ChangXin district through the survey and analysis the problems of the landless peasants and reasons. On this basis, a series of some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the living conditions of landless peasants.
