本文首先回顾了海盐紧固件产业发展的历程。其次通过介绍海盐紧固件产业发展的现状,结合所收集的数据,详细阐述了海盐紧固件产业在规模、市场、技术等方面取得的成效。然后剖析了海盐紧固件产业发展中存在的问题,包括规模企业和企业集聚度、技术装备和产品质量、品牌建设以及环境污染治理方面的不足与欠缺。最后,在上述分析的基础上,结合海盐县的具体情况,从培育龙头企业、加强技术创新、推进品牌建设和优化产业环境四个方面提出了一些建议与对策。

ABSTRACT
Fastener is known as “industrial rice”, many specifications of varieties, use of different performance, wide range of applications, indispensable to the industrial sector as a category, has a very important role. Haiyan fastener industry as traditional characteristics of industries, after years of development formed its unique characteristics of the industrial advantages.
This paper first reviews the history of Haiyan fastener industry. Second, by introducing the current situation of fastener industry, bine with the data, describe in detail the fastener industry in size, market, technology achieve the results. Then analyze the fastener industry problem, including the concentration degree scale enterprises and the enterprises, technical equipment and product quality, brand building and environment pollution control. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, combine with the specific circumstances of Haiyan County, form cultivate leading enterprises, strengthen technological innovation, promote the brand building and optimizing the industrial environment are brought out some suggestions and countermeasures.
