近年来,旅游业成为丽江一大支柱产业,但伴随着旅游业的快速发展,环境污染、生物圈破坏、资源过度消耗等问题也日益严重,对丽江旅游业的可持续发展造成了严重威胁。发展循环经济不仅仅是构建环境友好型社会和资源节约型社会的需要,也是旅游业实现可持续发展的需要。本文首先阐述了循环经济理论与旅游业发展的关系,其次介绍了丽江发展的基本现状,然后从大气污染、水体环境、地质地貌和生物多样性等方面深入剖析了丽江旅游业发展中存在的有悖于循环经济理念的问题,最后,在前面分析的基础上,从企业、行业与政府三个层面有针对性地提出了促进丽江循环型旅游业发展的若干政策建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, tourism has e a pillar industry in Lijiang, but with the rapid development of tourism, environmental pollution, biosphere destruction, excessive consumption of resources and other issues are ing increasingly serious which pose a threat to the sustainable development of LiJiang’s tourism industry. Construction of the development of circular economy is not only the need of environment-friendly society and resource-saving society, but also the need to achieve sustainable development of tourism. Firstly, this paper describes the development of circular economy theory and the relationship between the tourism industry; secondly, this paper introduce the basic situation about the development of Lijiang , and from the air pollution, water environment, geological features and biodiversity aspects of the tourism industry ,this paper in-deathly analyze the problem on the development of pre-existing patible with the concept of circular economy. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, this paper put forward a number of policy mendations to promoting recycling development of LiJiang’s tourism industry from business, industry and government.

伴随着世界各地区旅游业的快速发展,旅游业所引发的环境问题正日益严重,如何解决旅游业发展和环境保护之间的矛盾,实现旅游业的可持续发展已成为一项世界性的课题。循环经济要求以环境友好的方式利用自然资源,实现经济活动的生态化,希望能从根本上消除长期以来经济发展与环境保护之间的冲突,因此许多国家都把发展循环经济、建立循环型社会看作是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现方式。循环经济的有关理论研究和实践研究近年来在我国蓬勃兴起。
